SHIPPING

We currently ship to United States and some International addresses via FedEx. A valid physical address is required. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. Please Email us at drapelaworks@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding RUSH or International Shipping options. 

Most products will ship in approximately 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. That may vary depending on our current workload. If you RUSH shipping please contact us at drapelaworks@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Domestic Orders: Allow 1-3 days to create and package the order, then 1-3 days for shipping. 
International Orders: Allow 1-4 days to create and package the order, then 5-12 days for shipping. 



RETURNS

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your Drapela Works purchase. We try our best to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions to help you make the best product choice possible. 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us at drapelaworks@gmail.com as quickly as possible so we may get the conflict resolved. Requests must be reported by the original recipient. Reports of damage by a 3rd party will not be honored.

Drapela Works gladly accepts returns, exchanges, and cancellations under these conditions:
•    Customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery 
•    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery 
•    Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase 

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: 
•    Custom or personalized orders
•    Perishable products (like food or flowers)
•    Digital downloads
•    Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Additional Policies - Information about colors and fonts

• Fonts - Please know that every font has characteristics that are different and some letters may not turn out the same way as you expected. Please be sure to check the font on Microsoft word if you think there will be complications. It is not an error and we will not replace an item because of font characteristics. 

• Colors - Colors may be different on the final product than they appear on your computer screen. Due to wood contrasting from board to board. We tried to correctly portray the color as much as possible. 

• Proofs - Proofs will be sent by request only. If you receive your order and are unhappy with a font or layout and you did not request a proof, we will not replace your order.

Once an order is placed it goes into manufacturing. Once the order is started in the shop it cannot be changed. If you want to change anything about your order please send an email or call immediately. A refund will not be issued due to an error on your part.

We will not send you a picture of the finished product you ordered unless requested.
